"This is the ministry of Jesus: To cast out devils, to threaten Satan's kingdom. So to every pastor watching: Stop being soft! Deliverance was normal in scripture; why do you think it’s not in the church?"

Deliverance
What is deliverance?

Deliverance is a spiritual process in which a person is freed from demonic influence, oppression, or possession through the power of Jesus Christ. It's rooted in the belief that evil spirits can negatively affect people's lives and that these spirits can be cast out through prayer and faith, resulting in spiritual, emotional, and sometimes physical freedom.

Who can get delivered?
  1. Anyone who is experiencing demonic influence or oppression can seek deliverance.
  2. Believers in Jesus Christ who are struggling with persistent sin, addictions, or spiritual bondage.
  3. People who have been involved in occult practices or other activities may have opened doors to demonic influence.
  4. Those experiencing unexplained physical, emotional, or mental distress that may have a spiritual root.
  5. Individuals who feel a need for spiritual cleansing and freedom.
How do I get delivered?
  1. Acknowledgment: Recognize the need for deliverance and the presence of God's power to free you.
  2. Repentance: Avoid any known sin or practices that may have given demons a foothold.
  3. Faith: Believe in Jesus Christ and His power to deliver you.
  4. Prayer: Engage in focused prayer, either alone or with other believers. This often involves commanding demons to leave in Jesus' name.
  5. Renunciation: Verbally renounce any ties to demonic influences or past sinful practices.
  6. Seeking help: Many people find it beneficial to seek assistance from experienced ministers or deliverance teams who can pray with them and guide them through the process.
  7. Persistence: Sometimes deliverance is instantaneous, while other times it may be a process requiring ongoing prayer and spiritual warfare.
  8. Follow-up: After deliverance, it's important to fill the void with positive spiritual practices like Bible study, prayer, and fellowship with other believers.
